Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be confirmed via WhatsApp at least 6 hours prior.

Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows, may result in a 25 fl fee.
Arrival & pick-up

Please arrive on time. Appointments may be cancelled if you are 10 minutes late.

​Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment.

Pick-up is expected within 30 minutes after you are notified your dog is ready.

A maximum of two people per dog at drop-off.

Late arrival or late pick-up fees: 25 fl.
Dog health & conditions

Extra charges may apply for matting, knots, fleas, or ticks, depending on severity.

Please reschedule if your dog has vomiting or diarrhea on the same day, or is in heat.
Potty & cleanliness

Dogs should be walked and allowed to potty before arrival.

Repeated accidents inside the salon may result in a clean-up fee.

Male dogs that mark are encouraged to wear a belly band/diaper or arrive in a kennel.
Behavior & Safety
-
We reserve the right to stop the groom if a dog becomes too stressed or unsafe.

Charges will apply for work already completed.
