Online bookings are only available 3 weeks in advance. If no appointments are shown, the current booking window is fully booked. Please whatsapp me to book a later date.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Cancellations -A WhatsApp confirmation message will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. -You are required to respond “Confirm” to that 24-hour reminder message in order to secure your appointment. -Confirmations sent earlier than the 24-hour reminder will not be considered valid. -Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment time or no-shows may result in a 25fl fee. Arrival & pick-up -Please arrive on time. Appointments may be cancelled if you are 10 minutes late. -Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment. -Pick-up is expected within 30 minutes after you are notified your dog is ready. -A maximum of two people per dog at drop-off. -Late arrival or late pick-up fees: 25 fl. Dog health & conditions -Extra charges may apply for matting, knots, fleas, or ticks, depending on severity. -Please reschedule if your dog has vomiting or diarrhea on the same day, or is in heat. Potty & cleanliness -Dogs should be walked and allowed to potty before arrival. -Repeated accidents inside the salon may result in a clean-up fee. -Male dogs that mark are encouraged to wear a belly band/diaper or arrive in a kennel. Behavior & Safety -We reserve the right to stop the groom if a dog becomes too stressed or unsafe. -Charges will apply for work already completed.
